25-26 School Volunteer Application Form
For the 2025-26 school year, volunteers are required to have the following information.
Go to your Aeries account and click on Communications, then click on the 25-26 School Volunteer Application located on the right hand side (under FORMS/PERMISSIONS).You will need to:
1) Complete the electronic 25-26 School Volunteer Application form by clicking on 'Complete and Sign Form'
2) Attach TB screening/testing information * (test/screen good for 4 years)
3) Read Guidelines for Parents (read-only)

After you search your name, the screenshot must include your name and "no offenders match your search"
When you come to volunteer:
6) Show a valid form of identification
If you have submitted all of this information last school year, we should have it on record. You will still need to do the 25-26 electronic form. If you are unsure, please call the front office to confirm.
